3 Best Weight Loss Exercises
Written by Administrator Saturday, 24 September 2011 10:29

We all have limited time and we want to make the most it, especially when it comes to our health. If you were to choose an exercise program that would help you lose weight and get shape quickly, what would it be? Keep in mind that the exercise program should be realistic. One that you will actually follow through with. For example, if picked marathon running as your number one choice for a weight loss exercise program, it may not be realistic. If you are not a runner already, chances are you won't be completing a marathon right away. So lets start with exercises that fit with your current lifestyle, but maybe give yourself a little more of a push. If your goal is to lose 10 pounds, give your self a few months and pick a program that you need to commit to three or four times per week. The following exercise programs will help you lose weight, but are also programs that anyone can do and you can incorporate at your own pace and level.
1. Walk/Jog
This is the most basic of exercises, but also the most effective. If you ever watch the show, the Biggest Loser, you will see them walking and running all the time. The walk/jog can be done at any pace and at any level. The idea though, is to slowly increase the amount of time you jog. So at first you can start with the majority of the time walking and only a little bit of running and over time increase the amount of jogging, until in a few months you are jogging the entire distance. This exercise gets the whole body moving, it helps develop muscle and burn fat. The heart rate increases and your cardio builds. This is a great exercise for your legs, butt and waist.
2. Swimming
Swimming is another simple exercise, but a bit more involved then the walk/jog as you need to be able to swim and get to a swimming pool. Swimming is the exercise of choice for many people, as it is very gentle on your joints and it works the entire body. You get an overall workout on your arms, back, waist (abs), legs, butt, etc. Swimming sounds easier then it is. If you have never tried swimming for weight loss and exercise, then check it out. Get yourself to the nearest pool and start doing laps. You probably won't last long at first. Beginners can barely can through a couple laps. Swimming is exhausting, but once you get the hang of it. It is very theraputic and very effective for weight loss.
3. Yoga
Most people wouoldn't think yoga is that great for weight loss, but they would be wrong. The reason why we pick it as a top weight loss exercise is because it is extremely effective in changing your lifestyle and your eating habits, which is a key factor in weight loss. Yoga is also a very good workout and can tone your body quickly. Yoga helps you become aware of your body and how you treat it. A big part of losing weight is changing the way you think. Yoga helps that process better then any other exercise. It helps get in touch with your body and listen to what it needs, instead of just responding to habit.
The combination of all 3 exercises would be the ultimate in weight loss and healthy living. There are obviously a number of other choices when it comes to exercies that help you lose weight, but these three are a pretty good start and something everyone can do.
Diet Pills and Fat Burning Supplements

Diet and fat burning supplements can be an essential component of a successful weight loss program. The use of diet pills can help speed weight loss and increase the chances of reaching your goals.
Diet pills come in a variety of forms, but most will target some specific areas. Weight loss is made possible by the combination of appetite suppressant qualities, metabolic boosting ingredients, energy enhancers and fat burning agents. Most diet pills will therefore offer one or, more often, more of these properties to aid rapid weight loss.
Appetite suppression is key to a successful diet. By curbing cravings and decreasing hunger pangs, dieting is made a good deal easier. Control of caloric intake means that weight loss can take place much faster than with exercise alone.
Combining energy enhancing properties with appetite suppression can be a very useful part of weight loss supplementation. Ingredients such as ephedrine can enable increased energy even while restricting caloric intake. As such, intense workouts can be maintained. Weight loss pills can help you keep up your energy levels while dieting, giving you the double benefits of diet and intense exercise for ultimate fat burning.
Fat Burning and Losing Weight

When it comes to burning fat and losing weight there are a few key components. Weight loss requires changes in lifestyle, diet and exercise levels.
Most importantly, learning to change unhealthy habits and add new, healthier ones will be the major factor in losing weight. But just how does fat burning work and how can you most successfully lose those inches?
Fat burning can be accomplished by increasing exercise levels. Choosing to add cardiovascular exercise alongside strength building techniques will go a long way to burning off fat. Cardiovascular exercises help your body to burn calories which in turn leads to weight loss. By pairing this with muscle building exercises you will also increase your metabolic rate.
Strength training leads to more lean muscle mass and this helps the body to burn calories more efficiently. The more muscle you have on your body the easier fat burning becomes. Muscles require more energy to maintain and as such you burn more calories. Moreover, your body continues to burn calories at a higher rate after a good weight lifting session.
